JQ price match the latest way they are trying to kill this off

We used to be able to call JQ to price match

Then to make life harder to avail ones self of this was it was only available via the chat window

Now if you use the chat window you get the 30-40 minute wait before a chat becomes available

Poor show JQ, but typical

It varies depending on the time of day. Sometimes the call centre wait time was extensive too.

Ive had no issues with booking many times with the chat box. I find it incredibly easy.

Id rather wait with a chat box open and doing work or surfing the net than wait on the phone.

I waited 2 hours then the screen kept counting down the minutes go to 0 minutes then froze

2 hours wasted!!!!!!!!!

Was only doing a JQ35 otherwise I'd never fly them by choice
