4th Nov did SYD/HNL/SYD, ret was 12th Nov. all flyer and status points in my QFF account for exit leg, arrived 7th Nov, still waiting on return points for 12th, is this normal?.

Pity could do with then, want to book a J seat for wife self to USA next year, hope they are still there at current point basis when they arrive, luck of the draw.

Funny enough my JQ points from yesterday arrived within the last hour, with all the correct bonuses etc, yet the points from last Wednesday night are still no where to be seen...

I was on JQ last year to SIN and points came in the day after flight. On JQ on Sat 19th points came through Tue 22nd

Slightly different experience - had Jetsaver Plus (eligible QFF fares) and only had the return leg points post on my QFF account. Note - it did show my out bound flight on JQ just no points or SCs. Naturally for ease, I tried the online 'claim missing points' option but as the sector did show on my QFF account (again, without points) I was ineligible to process it that way.

Called QFF and had to email boarding pass. Missed a call back from QFF the next day and had a voice mail saying 'MR... your points have been credited, anything else we can do don't hesitate to call us back' or something along those lines...

Overall an easy and quick solution, strange though that the points didn't credit to begin with, when both out bound and inbound flights were of the same fare category.
