i dont know how i did this but i have somehow paid for 2 o/w MEL-CNS non refundable fares worth $480 with 64,000 QF points!!!
From all accounts, they saying it was a points and pay scenario, and therefore is not a reward booking. So QF is saying nothing to see here. And JQ saying voucher can be issued, but not points refund.
Anyone had any successful experiences with JQ points refund on points and pay?
