Jetstar vouchers

I just received my Jetstar voucher for travel cancelled for June and was stunned to read that my voucher for nearly $3000 can only be used once. I think Jetstar should be called out on this. I was happy to take a voucher so the airline could retain the funds to keep running but i had expected that I would be able to use the credit until it was used up

Hi, not sure if this will help you but they may have changed the way they issue vouchers if you contact them they might exchange.

I got my credit vouchers yesterday in 4 individual vouchers for the one booking (2x J DPS-MEL $1592):
3x $500 vouchers
1x $92 voucher

My understanding is that as they have different voucher numbers I can use them at 4 different times.

I think the kids may be getting some interstate flights as gifts this year or hotel bookings
