Anyone know which ports are definitely weighing hand baggage and which are not?

I’ve been weighed at MEL/SYD/CNS.

I’ve noted the morning bank from Melbourne they have a team that go gate to gate. She told me the max over weight is 8kg they will let you off with or anything in the 7s essentially.

Not seen any weighing ex Adelaide
Am aware it appears to be industry practice that they do not if the flights full

ADL once only out of many flights in last 2 years (at baggage dropoff)

MEL weighed most flights I have taken (at gate)

BNE not weighed yet
