Jetstar has said plans for future interline ticketing agreements with 10 international airlines will help open up long haul markets for the Qantas Group.
Jetstar spokesman Simon Westaway said the interline agreements – of which Qantas will be the first – will better connect the airline to long-haul markets. The agreements are being negotiated with Asian and European carriers.

Thanks for the link. Clear as mud (to me anyway). For example, what happens when transferring from JQ dom to JQ international when the JQ dom is on Qf metal (presumably no bag transfer)
Provided ^^

JQ6??? flight numbers are codeshares on QF metal.

^^ For baggage to be through checked (transferred) your flights must be in the same booking (ie. Have the same booking reference number).
