Hi,

Sorry if there is a separate Jetstar forum for such questions:

I use Jetstar for a lot of my domestic flights within New Zealand as I find they are often 1/3rd the price of AirNZ (AirNZ seem to apply a pretty big "avoid flying with Australian airline" tax to their fares) and in my experience the service and on-time arrivals are comparable to AIrNZ.

Anyway, I book my flights through the online tool of our company's corporate travel agent. This shows what fare bucket we are booking into (i.e. M, N, Y etc) and allows us to select any economy fare we like. I was wondering if there is a list available anywhere that shows which fares equate to which Jetstar bundles? The ability to earn QFF SCs and have a flexible ticket (as some bundles allow) is very attractive, but it is lucky dip which bundle I get.

Hope this makes sense. Haven't been able to find an answer on google so far.

Thanks in advance.

Fare classes don't make much difference, it's only if you add the bundle to the fare class.
You can have a C class (Jetstar Sale) and then pay additional to earn SC/points (still be C class)
Or you can even have a Y class (Full Y fare) and then still pay additional.

EDIT: This is based on the internal JQ booking system, external system you should just be able to look at the fare rules associated with that fare class.

I don't have option of adding bundles through corporate TA system. However sometimes I book, I get benefits (like free in flight $10 meal voucher) and sometimes I don't, so the fare classes do make a difference.
