Jetstar emails

Hi everyone. I have found that email offers sent to me by Jetstar cause my Outlook email to freeze and become unresponsive when I try and open them. Doesn't happen with any other emails. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution?

That indeed seems strange - I'm thinking trying to load some embedded link in the email.

Have you tried accessing them via a web browser rather than Outlook?

Yes, no problem opening in web browser, just annoying that they crash Outlook. Badly written or unsupported code? Getting any IT support from Jetstar is nigh impossible!
