Best way is to go through the proper channels. Last time I did so they sent me a reply in the mail with a voucher, and it was a compliment!

Wow that's great and a massive change from Jetstar of old....- they say they have been trying to get better at customer service... Looks like it may be happening...

Actually I think it's a stock standard response - 1 response email template for all and sundry...
Just a pity they forgot to remove the $50 voucher from the template!
