On the Jetstar manage booking page, there is this ominous message: Important - there are things we need to sort out on your booking. Please go to contact us.

Is this really as important as it sounds? I already flew the first leg without issue (it’s an international itinerary). It’s a points booking though, for some reason, Jetstar won’t talk to me about it and refers me to the “agent”, and Qantas can’t see any issue and asked me to ask Jetstar so this one’s not going anywhere. Only concern is that the flight appears to be fully booked/overbooked.

just for the update, check in went smoothly. If there was an issue, they resolved it well enough to the point where I definitely wouldn’t have known about it.

I wouldn’t necessarily ignore such requests.
That time for me was a similar request to contact QF re a classic award booking SYD-AKL-LAX (when QF ran that route via AKL on QF metal. They wanted to move my booking for some reason, and offered me the next day same routing or the direct SYD-LAX. (747) on the same day, Was a no brainer .

Another time was during the GFC, there was a request to call the airline about my SYD-LAX Y booking. Surprisingly it was an offer to upgrade to J for very little money. IIRC it was less that what I paid for the Y. Again a no brainer.

Those were the good times with QF.
