Does anyone know whether the banana bread on Jetstar Y long-haul comes warmed/toasted when you pre-book?

This is AFF. We go out of our way to avoid Jetstar. In the unlikely event that anyone is on a Jetstar flight, we fill up at the QP beforehand.

When ordering muffins and banana bread, sometimes they'll ask if you would like it heated. So just ask on board.

I can never eat banana bread again since the dark days of 2020 when that and muffins were the only food options flying Jetstar 😨

But many of us can't avoid it sometimes. I'm sure we'll find the answer.

Under no circumstances is banana bread supposed to be toasted or warmed, they should be either served "fresh," or in the case of Air Canada frozen in which case the added crunchiness adds to the experience!

There is nothing wrong with JetStar, especially if you are looking to travel often whilst racking up status credits on QF. Where else are you gonna earn 100 status credits on a $300 MAX fare between SYD and DRW? What needs to be torn down, though, is the wall between QF and JQ. Why can't I check an extra bag in as a QF Gold or access the lounge without doing the terminal shuffle at MEL or SYD? Mr. Joyce, tear down this wall! 😂
