Just booked seats 44J & K exit row seats for trip to Honolulu both directions. Only just occured to me that I never considered whether these seats have a window. I just wanted to ask if anyone would be able to let me know. I did get caught out in the past on Singapore A380. Although its not the end of the world with no window its still nice to be able to look out through the flight.

My wife and I flew JQ to Honolulu and back having those seats. They do have a window and great leg room too!

Thanks Bozz for the quick reply.
This is my 1st International flight with Jetstar. I have pre paid meal and entertainment so I figure cant be tto much different than Full service now. How did you find flying with them?

I found them very good. All flights left on time and arrived early. I have to admit that I was hesitant at first, it was my first international flight with JQ too. But they were better than some of the full service airlines I've flown with. We too had meals prepaid for, that and extra leg room made it a reasonable flight. We didn't have entertainment prepaid for, and am not sure if it is value for money. I guess in my opinion it wasn't as we didn't have it. Another thing that I should mention is that the investment in noise cancelling headphones made the flight even more pleasant.

Note there is the one window. Other rows in saver class have 1½ or 2.

Hmm, was it a window on the emergency door? I remember looking through the window and seeing submarine prior to lending at HNL

You guys have been really helpful, thanks.
I'm glad now that I paid the extra for these seats as it will make the flight a lot more comfortable for my wife as she doesnt fly too well. Especially the flight over being a night flight.

Best seats on the plane if not in *class. I have flown in them to/from Asia a few times and they actually have more legroom than *class seats, just not a larger seat.

We have used the exit row seats, bought the entertainment units but always brought our own food with us from to and from Bali/coughet.
Last flight in April was in *class and as great as we were in row 1, however in econmoy you cant beat the exit rows.

Your wife should be very happy with your choice. We had those seats on the same flight a couple of months ago and have booked them again.

Yes there is a window plus a smaller window in the emergency door.

We received a phone call from Jetstar piror to leaving asking if we would like to upgrade to Starclass for $250 per person each way. They were even going to deduct the extra I had already paid for the exit row seats. Now I haven't flown *class before but when Jetstar had seats set up in Westfield Bondi Junction several years ago I did the 'bum test'. Closed my eyes (yes I know must have looked totally weird) and tried to take the $ out of my decision. Yes *class were a little wider but economy felt better. So I think unless you are in Row 1 you have the next best seat on the plane.
