JASA and FASA Cancelled - 5000 Classic Fee Deducted

Okay so cancelled a few JASA's and FASA's over the past few months, but 2 of them have been hit with the CLASSIC AWARD REFUND FEE -5000 points..

This isn't correct, but just tried to call QF and they said ring back to speak to the FF service centre before 7pm.

Can't a normal rep fix this ?

Last week I had and am still having dramas with cancelling some JASA's.
Not only did they hit me with 2 x 5,000 point penalties, they also processed a monetary amount. They have only credited my card a portion of the fee amount.
Very frustrating !!

It depends on the booking. Generally nothing for a domestic JASA (great during double SC promos), varies internationally.
