I have a multi airline booking - JAL then AA then AA then QF. All booked via corp TA.
I have 3 record locators (the two AA flights share the same).
I've managed to select my AA seats via AA website using the guest method.
QF ... no issues.

But the JAL one seems to be doing my head in.
I can't seem to find a way to select my J seat.
I am using this link
https://ag.5931.jal.co.jp/jalint/feeje.do

The seat selector button is not active.

Thoughts ??

I'm on JL772 in September (AA miles redemption) and once I called JAL for the Reservation Number (not the same as AA) I was able to select seats online. I would ring the airline and see if they can solve your problem.

To close the loop here.
Finally got hold of JAL via phone. They did the seat selection. It then took 3 days before it appeared online.
