Premium Economy class service to be introduced on Sydney-Tokyo flights from 1 December! Sales start from 11 November. Relax in the superior comfort and elegance of our Premium Economy class seat.

Japan Airlines will introduce premium economy on flights between Tokyo (Narita) and Sydney from December 1. The JAL Sky Shell Seat will be available on the carrier’s Boeing 777-200ER aircraft. It includes a nine-inch personal TV and 20% more leg room than regular economy. Dedicated check-in counters are also available at Sydney and Tokyo, along with access to the airport lounge. Introductory fares are available from $1500.
