J SYD- NRT new layout, best seats

Hi,
Just wondering - with the new 3 class setup from Sydney to Tokyo on QF, does that change ideal seating options in your opinion?
Currently in 24A, B,D on the 747-400
Currently in 5F/J/K on the Airbus A330-300 on the way back,
am a NB (and will still be on the way back)
so basically, the back rows

Worth changing?
