And I thought snow in DFW was the worst! (it happened to me a few years back - they didn’t cope well).

LOL - I've had that experience there too - sat in a window seat in the AA lounge for several hours watching complete chaos unfold - it seemed like they only had one de-icing machine for the entire airport, and nobody outside seemed to know how to cope with the conditions.
