Issue with purchasing Qantas Wine

Anyone else having a problem purchasing Qantas Wine online?
Have never had any problems purchasing Qantas wine online until late March
When I tried to pay for the order I received an error message advising the order had been declined
But
My credit card was charged, thinking it was a glitch I used another credit card but had the same issue
Rang qantas wine who refunded my credit card and promised that the issue would be fixed by the technical team
I tried again in April through a Qantas wine sales person but they had the same issue, they assured me it would be fixed. They rang back a week later and tried to purchase through my account. Same issue Credit card debited but no order recorded. Although money was refunded within 24 hours- 3 months later and many emails and calls the issue is still not fixed.

So frustrating and no sure who to reach out to

Coming to the end of my points year with Points club so would like to add the necessary points I need

Any comments on how to get this fixed would be really appreciated
 
Speculating, but do you have a VPN or something that might be confusing the QF website? Mind you, you‘d expect the payment to fail and not the other way around!

Have been a member for many years without issue and purchased so much wine that I was chosen on a a panel headed by Neil Perry to to select the Qantas Frequent Flyer’s best wine choice. The last purchase in February went through without issue
I would have thought that the technical team would be able to sort it out promptly
The wine sales rep purchasing through my account had the same issue
Can purchase through partners account as well with no problems

Its to do with OTP payments, once your CC Is verified it just doesn't trigger to the order completion. It's a Qantas coughpy website problem which they haven't addressed for months by the looks of it.
