Issue Changing An Award Flight

Hi all,

I’m having an issue changing an existing classic award booking that I have. It seems I am unable to navigate to the change flight page as it says “your booking is processing”. Does anyone know what this means and/or what can be done? Made the booking a few months ago and then changed a few weeks ago and now need to change again.

This sounds unusual. Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies before logging in again? Let me know via private message if I can be of assistance.

Sounds like the eticket hasnt been issue yet; I had a similar issue and followed up with QF to get it moved along.

All sorted over the phone and more than satisfactorily so good work QF!

Yes the eticket hadn't issued properly which meant I couldn't select the change option.
