Is there a flight search engine where I can select travel class for various legs?

ie fly from Sydney to Singapore Economy, then look for the long haul to Europe in business or premium economy etc etc.

This way I assume there could be a better price in ticket if flown the whole time with one airline and also it would be under one booking number.

cheers

I think AY offers these mixed fares. You would fly to SIN or HKG in whY with CX or QF and then on to HEL in J with AY. I think you need to call AY though to get these fares.

If you can do it all with one airlines baggage is not a issue or if you stay with a OW partner it will still be fine for baggage.

Thanks I'll call AY on Monday to get some quotes.

Would be handy to have a play with a search engine though if there was one like I described. At the moment I am just looking up different legs separately which is adding up to a fair bit vs what I am sure same airline can offer me if it was "one" flight if that makes sense.

Think skyscanner has a mixed fare search but it is just mixed over the whole flight, not selecting individual segments.

For a quick price check just use the airlines Singapore (or HKG) website. then combine with a Australia -> transfer point fare which is a normal look-up.
Note that if you have a way of getting to the transfer point one way, and then get a round trip ticket SIN(HKG)-Australia you can save quite a bit.

Happy wandering

Fred

Try bestflights.com.au they have, on occasions, both Economy/Business and Business/First mixed class flights
