Another article seeded by the unions in terms of content, interestingly QF are doing a good job with the sandgroupers:

Backing the a/c did get the coverage but is not relevant as it would not be the fault of the airline. JB747 posted some quite interesting info on backing of aircraft and how they are totally at the mercy of the ground handlers.
