Hopefully someone will know the answer or at least where I should look to resolve.

My 17 yo son is off on a school trip to Europe flying Emirates. Is it possible to add his QFF number to the booking so he doesn't have to do it at the airport or claim missing points after he returns? I have the booking reference and can see the booking on the Emirates website but the only option seems to be for me to join their FF program and then sign him up to their under 18yo program. And from a read for the forums the points earn is not as good anyway.

When I log into QFF it doesn't recognise the booking reference (I'm not surprised). I tried to call but a 60 minute wait time even with the option of them calling me back is not ok for me today at work.

thanks in advance
J

Yes. Do it through Emirates website using pnr from Qantas. Oh - done through Emirates - then log into emirates using that reference and select the FF tab on the right. Thats how we do it. Not sure why you cant? Maybe age? We can certainly change from sky to QFF online.

Thanks very much - not sure why I couldn't see that option when I tried last week. Seems to be linked now.
