Is it even possible to get classic awards in business internationally anymore?

Looks like Qantas is starting to ramp up flights to Singapore again which should hopefully help with rewards availability. Seems to be better availability currently from Singapore to Europe than Oz - Singapore.

How do you research releases of award flights? Knowing that would be very useful, I'm trying to get business award flights to Europe next April/May/June.
