Is is worth getting Qantas Club Membership for a few Hours?

Is it worth getting the qantas club seeing we will be in Singapore for two hours?
Qantas Club is not cheap - it would be a very expensive 2hrs. Most on this forum are Frequent Flyers with status's that enable access as part of that status.

Perhaps the question is about lounge passes rather than membership?

No it is not worth it.

Then again I've read lots of reasons over the years of why people want to go into a lounge - shower access, clean toilets, tarmac views, guaranteed seats, etc - so it may be worth it for some depending on what you value.

There is also flexible membership, $99 plus a $129 joining fee.

If you were flying MEL-SYD-SIN-LHR and return all in the one month, and used the lounge at all of those locations, it might be worthwhile. Especially if you also use the priority check-in. (extra baggage allowance is only until march 2025)

unfortunately, the flexible membership does not permit you to take a guest with you. This means if there are two people travelling it starts to become quite an expensive proposition. For one person it might not not look so bad.

We are platinum with Qantas but we find we prefer to walk around the Airports rather than sitting as the trip is rather long! One can buy refreshments if necessary.

Seems very expensive for 1 trip where you may not even get to use the lounge in SIN. All it's takes is a delay in leg 1 and you may find yourself with insufficient time to walk to the lounge, eat something and get all the way back to the gate.
