Is DJ still offering any status matching the QF Elites?

So I've done some searching and can't find anything current, and was wondering if anyone knows if DJ are offering any sort of status matching to QF SG and WP members.

There's a couple of reasons why this is of interest to me now..

1) My company has just moved to a proper Best Fare of day policy, and that means when I travel, I would very easily end up on DJ. One of the things that make flying for work slightly more agreeable is the perks of QF SG and WP, so no status on DJ and no lounge would be hard to swallow (i know i'm a snob.... but I"m just used to my perks!!)

2) The recent announcement of changes to the QF program seem to indicate that it will continue to degrade. As it is, there is little in the way of benefits to me apart from bonus miles. I usually fly J class, so get lounge access and priority bags etc etc. With increasing numbers of partners in the DJ program, this could potentially cater to my international and domestic travel needs and then I would consider a possible conversion.

HOwever, I want my cake and to eat it... So if that's possible it would be great.

Any info??

Cheers

You should email DJ directly and ask.

They gave me a match to Gold from WP earlier in the year.

Can't remember, but I found it just on the Velocity website.

Have only flown DJ once since the match, CNS-AKL on Pacific Blue.
Was a half empty flight, but they blocked the whole row for me on check in which was nice considering it was a red-eye ;)

Well....Ahhh....hmmmm.....

My big flying months are coming up over the next 6 months and it's all going to QF, AA, and AC. So no I guess DJ needs to lift it's ex-CNS offering ;)

In the thread "Tier matching Process at DJ" (cant link to it at yet, less then 10 posts) they have stated below.

Until the end of the month apparently is when they will cease tier matching..

As far as I know, QFF Plat and Gold go to Virgin Gold, QFF Silver to Virgin Silver.
