Is anyone else having an error message pop up on the virgin au B2B portal when going to reports

Hi All.
Im wondering if anyone else if having problems on the virgin australia B2B portal when going to the reports section.
it pops up with this error message

DataTables warning: table id=rpt - Invalid JSON response. For more information about this error, please see datatables.net/tn/1.1 Warning: Invalid JSON response

I have reported it to virgin, but its very frustrating when trying to reconcile flights etc

any help would be gratefully appreciated
