iPhone APP footprints

Thanks for the tips. I didn't realise about the insert thing. Will do that now. I have the footprint when posting option turned on, it just prompts if I wish to update my footprint when posting - yes/no.

Has Footprints been phased out? I’ve tried several times in several locations lately to leave a mark on the map in the app, and it’s always failed. I also don’t see any previous Footprints.

I don't see this option on the new iPad compatible app. Is it missing or am I just blind?

No, you are not blind

I had this problem too. Tapatalk (the software vendor) have advised me that Footprints is not available for the iPad version.

Also, note that the Footprint function on the current version has a slightly different user interface to the old version. Tapatalk have now integrated Footprints in their generic version (AFF was a bit of a testing ground for this feature!), have made some "enhancements" and incorporated the changes in the AFF version. Personally, I think it is a true "enhancement" as it does seem to be a better interface.

The updates look great, especially the "pull down to refresh" like in the Facebook app. New footprints is also nice, and good to see the Participated tab works now. Still looking for changes…

I too think the iPhone update is a welcome improvement.
