Speaking with a Westpac card services CSA today who had to arrange a reversal of some interest charges which they had made in error.
For prosperity I thought I'd record here that the CSA have a limit of $150 to be able to reverse charges at their discretion before needing to go to a more senior operative.
If anyone needs to negotiate with Westpac CSA you know how much they have to play with.
