Inedible breakfast muffin

Flew VA7 in J this last day and unfortunately ordered the breakfast muffin as part of my pre-arrival meal.

Has anyone else found this to be one of the most disgusting and inedible pieces of so-called "food" - what are they thinking? Has Luke Mangan or any of the senior VA staff actually tasted this abortion??

Apart from this, the flight, food and crew were generally fantastic.

I thought it was ok, but not fantastic. I don't understand why they just can't do a standard bacon and egg dish...

I had that a month ago and it was also totally inedible. Everything else on board was great except that.
