In flight entertainment on BA long haul

I have never flown BA long haul, but have recently been told that there is no in flight entertainment in the form of a personal lcd screen? Is this true? Because I certainly didn't believe the person who said that. Please clarify.

Most have personal screens, but their IFE is a bit hit and miss...SYD-BKK-LHR had good IFE with AVOD but LHR-SIN-SYD had only a handful of channels and no AVOD.

BA's longhaul aircraft (744 and 777) all have IFE with personal video screens in all class. Only some of their fleet have so far been upgraded to a AVOD. The non-upgraded aircraft operate a loop system of multiple audio and video channels.
