I'm in the VA Lounge thread

Anyone in OOL? Not doing a Fly Ahead, I'm not sticking myself at the back of an E190 today.....

EDIT: Nevermind, have the entire Lounge to myself. :) For now anyway

Aud$65 for s tip toe visit!
And yes, I am surprised SYD VA Dom Lounge serves nearly exactly 12.30pm menu to ADL 9.00am menu.
QF QP breakfast was more substantial.
First tine visit up escalators.
Out now though.

Just missed you mate, here for the 4pm OOL departure!

Yes, you'll usually find the same menu in every VA Lounge.... It gets you by ;) Better than the Flexi meals anyway...

In the CBR VA lounge, not wearing anything Who related (I didn't get the memo!).

So, here's a thing. My phone is normally pretty good at finding a GPS signal, I have an app that shows which satellites its getting, but in the lounge here, and SYD there is minimal GPS reception even in the window with plenty of sky visible. I can often get a good GPS lock from an aircraft window so I should be able to get one from a 14 foot tall lounge window.

There is tinting, perhaps the glass has metal additives that are blocking some RF as well. Anyone know ?

I seldom find it open as well. Didn't even notice it was open just now otherwise would have checked it out before heading to Melbourne. Now I'm awaiting in the Melbourne lounge for the next 30 mins before heading back to Sydney.
