I'm in the QF Lounge thread

I do like the Cupboard aka AKL QF F lounge.
Kapiti ice cream and less people.
Small can be nice too.
Sure better than the AKL QF J lounge.
Cheese available and prepared sangers.
Will be better once works outside are done.
4 pics will be put here in a few days.

Only sausages available in the MEL QFd J lounge. Not the QP, my flight departs soon, so haven't been into the QP yet.
But no ham?
After seeing the AKL EK J/F lounge, I feel like crying in my cup of coffee.
I can confirm that if you have just gotten off an F service, with EK/QF from where ever F is available, and talk to the lady in the inner area of the MEL QFd J lounge, you will get access. Told the lounge angel my case, just gotten off an F service within 24 hours ago, and was let in.
Service re: food, yes, a bit better.

Food choices, which is not a lot different from the QFi AKL J lounge.

This round servery is the stand out thing, that sets EK aside from QF, in that as in the pic, yes, thats salmon, sliced, real salmon, and you could also have good wine or what ever alcohol tickles your fancy to go with it.
Edit: sorry, salmon was on the other side of the servery.
So you can see, its (the QFi AKL F lounge) is not really just a cupboard as mentioned by some.
And is the QFi AKL F lounge worth having, definitely yes.
More so that its a select group thats in there, not a lot of kids as were in the QFi AKL J lounge or the EK lounge.

Ha. There were a few irate people who jumped the queue. Must have been hungry?

Now in Sydney international business for an hour and a half. Can guest 1.

Sydney Domestic Qantas Club for the next 3 hours. Can guest 1. Would also appreciate access into the Business Lounge if anyone is around :)

I am in the SYD F lounge but I won't invite you to dine as the food is cafeteria quality this morning. Meal served rapidly but items cool to cold. This is despite the dining overflowing to the lounge chairs. The service is good but you would probably be better in the J lounge. Very disappointing.
