My understanding from LOYALTY LOBBY is that they stopped awarding early September. I joined in August so I am following up. Nothing to lose and 5,000 points to gain

I joined in August.Did not get the voucher but the kit arrived a fortnight ago
Apparently they stopped awarding in September
I followed up on the basis I had joined and paid in August etc and they generously have awarded a 5,000 complimentary/good will points
Seems fair to me and a prompt response
