Thanks QF WP for the instructions - found it. Have completed one, possibly two of my 5 offers if double dipping is allowed (‘stay once’ and ‘stay once in January’). However, now only 4 offers are showing (‘stay once in Jan has gone) but no points on my dashboard.

Stayed at CP Changi at end of Jan and have only received points for dining not stay so far but will give it a few more days to post before submitting a claim.

It should show up both are completed, like mine (and at the bottom of each offer in my account, it says where it was completed - both of mine correctly states HI Parramatta)



The wait time for mine was 10 days (as stated), when it wasn't showing I used their "report a missing stay"and voila, showing after a further 3 days.
