I'm due to fly out of okc in just over 24 hrs., thru dfw, lax & back to aust.

my question is if for some reason the snow predicted in okc area somehow effects my flt. and it is cancelled tomorrow, how do I stand with an award seat.

has anyone ever experienced cancelled flt. and having an award seat.

at this stage, the weather should not effect the flt. I'm just panicking and wondering 'what if'.

many thanks

You should not be treated any differently just because you're on an award. You've paid for the seats - with miles.

The main thing is whether all your flights are on the same booking. If yes then you'd be reaccomodated on the next available connections back to Australia.

thank you very much keith, yes, flts. are all connected.

when i previously tried to change my okc flt. to dfw before I left oz., I was advised there weren't anymore award seats on following flts. this has made me a wee bit concerned, but I'll relax now.
cheers
