BBC News - Iceland raises Bardarbunga volcano alert to orange

The risk of an eruption at Iceland's Bardarbunga volcano has increased, with signs of "ongoing magma movement", Iceland's meteorological office says.

The risk level to the aviation industry has been raised to orange, the second-highest level, the met office said....

What major insurance policy would cover this type of event? More specifically delays, any additional costs incurred such as having to rebook accommodation due to flight cancellations etc. We all want value for money and insurance cover that actually works when circumstances arise. No one likes to be left high and dry.
