Brisbane CBD is coming off a very low base.. One reasonable event in brisbane is enough for the current hotels to sell out and charge MAX pricing, even the cough ones.. Bring it on..

See the one car, it is going the wrong way on the wrong side of the street..

I hope this in not a sign of things to come.. that said, it is an IBIS hotel after all..

Probably another coughpy overpriced economy styled hotel similar to the recent Four Points BNE.
I guess it would make a great airline crew hotel as the existing Ibis in BNE does.
