Iberia Website?

Hi Folks. Happy New Year

I have a trip to Europe coming up (Emirates) with a short hop in Europe with Iberia Express.

Booked this a few months ago.
Couldn't do it via the website as it kept freezing up.
But managed over the phone.
Very helpful Customer Service rep stepped me though the whole process manually.
Then guided me to the Iberia site to process payment.


Just got an email saying my flight has changed and to pick a new alternative.
Same problem with website.


I can login and see my booking, but then get the "Please Wait" image that just stays there...........

Have tried 3 different browsers.
Even picked Spain via a VPN.

Guess I'll just have to call them.

Anyone else had this problem?

Though........to avoid the hassle, I might just leave it and book another airline.
Was only a 40 Euro fare........

I can’t say I’ve ever used their website but have had no trouble booking via their app previously
 
Too true. I feel for you. I had tremendous trouble logging into my newly created Iberia account a couple of months back. Couldn't see a way to get in touch at all. Went through social media FB Messenger support. Took weeks to resolve. There was some kind of login bug with my account, wouldn't let me in, couldn't reset, etc. I had tried all forms they directed me to, none would submit. Fixed eventually, painful!

I'm not sure where to post this as cannot see general Iberia thread. Does anyone know the conditions to unlock Avios purchase with Iberia? Their website says have an account for more than 90 days *OR* earn at least 1 Avios. All the articles I've seen say you need both but they could be old / the line in Iberia's conditions could be newly updated. Very hard to earn from Aus. Was wondering if I could transfer from BA, would that count? Don't think it will let me as it's likely all part if those same conditions!
