Hi AFF,
Long-time points enthusiast, first-time builder. I got frustrated constantly guessing which card to tap at checkout, so I built a small web app to solve it.
What it does:
You add your cards, enter a spend amount and category (groceries, dining, fuel, travel, etc.), and it tells you which card earns the most points and exactly why — factoring in category bonuses, tiered earn rates, and international spend multipliers.
Cards supported so far:
- Westpac Altitude Platinum & Black (Altitude Rewards, Qantas, Velocity variants)
- ANZ Rewards Black & Frequent Flyer Black
- Amex Explorer
- NAB Qantas Rewards Signature
- CBA Premium Awards
Example:
If you have the Westpac Altitude Black (Qantas) and ANZ Frequent Flyer Black, and you're spending $200 at Woolworths — it'll tell you the
Westpac card wins (0.8 pts/$1 vs 1 pt/$1... actually ANZ wins that one, which is exactly the kind of thing I kept getting wrong manually).
It's free, no ads, no affiliate links.
Very early — only a handful of cards, no mobile app, rough edges.

This community knows more about earn rates and card mechanics than anyone. I'd genuinely love to know:
- Which cards are missing that you'd want to see?
- Is the earn rate data accurate? (Please call it out if not)
- Does the optimizer output make sense to you?
Thanks in advance for any feedback
