Due to fly 30/10 phl-ord (p); ord-lhr (business). Does anyone have a direct number for the elite section of aa advantage? Trying not to panic, but failing. Talk here of expectation of east coast tues. being effected by weather. cheers

I don't have a number, but I was in a similar situation last year when NY was shut down on the day I was going to travel.
Start thinking now about how flexible you can be with your travel date. Can you bring it forward or delay it . I don't know where the weather will hit but think about going via another city. A good plan B might be to buy a refundable ticket now on a different route or date. Keep an eye on the forecast but make a decision as early as you can if things are inevitable.

What status level do you hold with AAdvantage? the premium access numbers are printed on the back of your membership card. But I think it matters little which number you call because you are always greeted with a prompt to say you Aadvantage number and from that they will depermine that you hold an elite status level and direct/queue your call accordingly.
