I joined AFF yesterday. I want to upgrade to Gold membership so I no longer get this -

As an alternative to disabling your AdBlocker, AFF members can UPGRADE their AFF account and never see advertisements again!
But I cannot sign up as that blocks the sign up part of the page! I have disabled my two Ad-Blockers but this annoying thing keeps appearing. I am in a loop- I click on Upgrade and it briefly has where I can upgrade then boom! Down comes the thing above, blocking most of the screen. I cannot move it aside.
Can anyone please assist me?
