How to renew priority pass?

I have a Citi card which includes 2 priority pass lounge visits per year. I registered for priority pass in the first year of the card but now it's the 2nd year and it's saying my priority pass membership has expired. Does anyone know how I can renew it so that I am able to use the 2 passes for the 2nd year?

I got a new phone recently and when I used the PP app on the new phone it defaulted to an old PP account. I couldn't update/renew on the PP app too (I had issues with the 'card type' field) but I was able to do it online then updated the app and logged back in.

My PP has just been renewing without any intervention on my part. Just checked and it now expires Oct 2026, so just happened forme.
