How to get a refund on trip to Melbourne International Flower Show

Purchased through Travel at Sixty - special "Ladies Only" trip 25-29 March 2020. Didn't pay by Cr Card - paid cash by Direct Debit.
I purchased Virgin flights and paid by Cr Card.
Any tips how to begin the process with Pandemic declared 12 March 2020.
 
The components that were bought through ”Travel at Sixty” will need to be cancelled through them.

Whether you can cancel the flights will depend on the fare conditions - I haven’t heard much about refunds for cancelled internal flights.
