Nice video up on google:

Not sure the people who have the wings driving down the road want the product to be too popular, could get annoying having those trucks going through in the middle of the night. And it got me thinking, are Singapore going to make their gate lounges bigger to accomodate the extra people, a moderately loaded 747 easily makes it standing room only at present.

The only time I have seen a full gate lounge at SIN was for a BA flight back in 2002, when BA were cutting over from BABS to Amadeus, and they were doing a manual despatch. (A very nice QP at SIN though, and it sometimes gets rather crowded! :D

At SIN the A380 gates have bigger gate lounges and also a 3rd (upper level) airbridge. In T2 F32 is already set up, not sure which other gates (esp T1) but I could probably find out.
