How long to points from partner airlines take to be credited?

Hi all,

I'm flying Malaysia Airlines Business class on Monday and am tantalisingly close to having enough points to purchase an upgrade from DRW-SYD-CBR (2,000 shy), which I will fly on Thursday. Will I earn the points in time to cash in the upgrade?

Unfortunately I think you'll be lucky to get the points in time. Looking at my previous MH flights they've all posted on a Monday which includes all of the flights over the previous 8-9 days but not the Monday itself. I'd expect to receive the points for Monday's flights on the 24th.

My last 2 MH flights took 12 days to post.

Mh usually post on Monday night for the previous week. Sometimes weekend flights make it, sometimes the next week.
