I made a couple of voucher bookings thid afternoon, around 5ish.
I can see the itineraries via the PNR in my MMB. But the $$ over the voucher amount aren’t yet pending on my CC and we haven’t received invoices or itinerary.

How long should I wait before I call QF to follow up? Tomorrow morning??

I’d call sooner than later.

Did you use a voucher from a cancelled domestic flight to book international? We had an issue last year that the system got hung up apparently calculating taxes and didn’t ticket nor charge our CCs.

These were simple vouchers I bought earlier this year, not from a credit or cancellation. But I've used them for Y+ tickets to the USA with some AA codeshares in the mix.

On the phone to QF now, just need Mr Katie to read my messages and snend me his PNR. 🤪🤪
(Didn’t have a voucher for 2 pax).

Apparently needed manual handling, I've been told I'll receive the ticket in the next 24hrs. The agent confirmed it's booked.
Will have to repeat for Mr Katie as I forgot his PNR and all tracking is at home. 🤦‍♀️

I'll feel better when I see the charge(s) hit my credit card ...

Update: The QF agent just called me back and said there was an issue with payment and needed to take my payment details again.
The transaction has posted against my CC and I've received my invoice and itinerary.

PHEW

Mr Katie had sent me his PNR and the agent kindly let me get that sorted as well; same issue with payment.

The voucher site didn't show any particular confirmation of the CC transacation, so I guess that's where it fell over. I just went from entering CC details to some kind of confirmation page for both vouchers, looking like it went through.
