The CX bookings all show up in my QF 'Your Bookings' section but none of the completed flights have credited yet. How long does it normally take?

How long have you waited? I find they credit in reasonable time, no different to any other partner airline. But similar to other airlines, things to break occasionally. If it has been more than 2 weeks I'd just send off an email.

In my experience Cathay processes these once a week so it can take a while, but eventually they get there.

How do processing times compare to FJ and AA? I'm looking at a trip to the US in Jan that will take me to SG and then WP, and was wondering if I would get the instant lounge access benefits or not (especially if it is triggered by a flight in the middle of a multi-sector run in one day)

From memory they post every week mid week, not a problem like JQ and others can be.

A naive question but is this a CX/QF co-share flight?

There were limited codeshares between the two but most have vanished since the EK deal.
The reason they would be showing is due to the booking system being used is the same that QF use, hence why the flights show
