Does anyone know how long VA generally take to respond to complaints through their website? The site mentioned up to 21 days but said priority would be given to status members. (I'm a platinum member).

I've got no status and it did take about the 21 days.... Ringing the GCC and complaining / finding a supervisor has proven better for me.

I waited about 4 weeks and then phoned them. It was resolved a couple of days after that. My status is gold.

If you haven't heard by next week I would phone
