How long does it take to transfer points from Mycard to Velocity

Has everyone’s points been transferred out via autoredemption on time this month? I set up auto redeem earlier this month but nothing happened on the 15th, and the points are still in my MyCard account as of today (19th).

There have been reports in other threads that they've transferred.

(FWIW, mine didn't because the balance was below 2K. I'd mistakenly thought the balance was 1K.)

Darn, I was hoping that wasn’t the case. May have to cancel it and do a manual transfer.

I had this issue on the first month of auto redemption and basically they told me very rarely works for the first month and you need to wait to the second month. So I did manual instead.
