I just sent points over to my wife - how long before she gets them and we can start using them via her account?
(Yes, I looked on the Qantas site)

WHen I have done them online, the transfer has shown up in around a minute or so (but I may have got lucky with the timing)

same here same day in the other account. How long have you been waiting?

It's been instantaneous for me.

Same here. I am not sure whether it may be different depending on whether or not it is the first transfer between accounts. It may be slower (possibly with some verification involved) the first time you transfer to a particular account, but after that, other transfers to that account happen instantaneously.

not quite so instaneous for us, but they have arrived now! :)
unfortunately the 'our world on sale' finished last night :(

If you wanted the 'our world on sale' fares you could have purchased seats for your wife using your points without the need to transfer points.
